Standard Delivery in the UK (1-3 business days)
- Free shipping for orders over £30
- Other shipping fee: £3.99 (DPD/Royal Mail)
Delivery to the Continental United States
- Standard delivery (3-14 business days) - Shipping fee: $6 USD
- UPS Express (4-10 business days) - Shipping fee: $28 USD
Standard Delivery to the Rest of the World
- Express: £22.00 (3-7 business days)
- We use UPS/DHL for international shipping
Please note:
- During busy periods such as Christmas and sales, slight delays are expected.
- Due to longer customs processes in certain countries/regions, delivery times may be extended, depending on the destination.
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will dispatch your order as soon as possible. If you place an order over the weekend, please allow an extra day. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Policies and terms
By placing an order with Ninemoo, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, all applicable custom import costs, and the return costs for shipping the items back to Ninemoo. This also applies to any shipment that you refuse to receive at the time of delivery.
Duties and Taxes
Any additional amount, up to $1,000, in goods will be dutiable at a flat rate (3%).
Europe:
Since 1 July 2021, most goods to the EU are now subject to VAT and potentially a clearance fee. Orders may be subject to VAT and also goods above €150 may be subject to customs duties and a clearance fee. The thresholds and the amounts charged vary from country to country. The customs authorities in the destination country determine the thresholds and the amounts charged. See guidance from the European Commission.
After the package arrives in the destination country, all import duties and taxes will be charged, these fees must be paid by the consignee(recipient) of the package.Unfortunately, due to the different customs policies of each country, we have no control over these costs.If you have any questions about customs fees, Please click here for DHL's information regarding payment of customs and duties fees, this includes a handling fee per country.
By law, we must declare all items at full price and cannot change this amount to reduce international customs fees.
If you reject or refuse the goods shipped from Ninemoo, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any import costs incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the package to Ninemoo.This amount will be deducted from your order refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the item plus the shipping fee, the package will be abandoned and you will not be able to issue a refund.
Currency conversion
All initial prices listed on our website are in GBP and are charged in GBP. The bank issuing your card determines the exact exchange rate you will pay,but in general, it will match the current exchange rate very closely. For an approximate estimation of the current exchange rate, use a google converter as the converter on our website might not be 100% accurate.
