Duties & Taxes
United States
For jewelry and semi-jewelry products made in the UK, import duty is charged according to the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS). Typical rates for precious and semi-precious jewelry items generally range from about 5% to 10%.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by U.S. Customs on arrival.
Because duty rates vary by product and origin, Ninemoo cannot estimate or prepay these fees in advance.
European Union
Since July 1, 2021, all goods entering the EU are subject to VAT, and orders valued over €150 may also incur customs duties and a clearance fee.
The exact charges vary by destination and are determined by each country’s customs authority.

United Kingdom & Other Regions

Declaration & Returns
All parcels are declared at their full retail value, as required by law.
If a shipment is refused or unclaimed, you will be responsible for the original shipping fee, any import taxes, and return costs.
These amounts will be deducted from your refund. If return fees exceed the total order value, the parcel will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
