Collect from our Fulham studio
Collection is available for all orders placed on ninemoostore.com, except custom or made-to-order items. Choose and purchase your jewellery online, then arrange a collection time with our team.
For last-minute gifts and occasions, same-day collection is available for ready-stock items once we have confirmed that your order is prepared. Please contact us first if you need your jewellery on the day you order.

How to arrange your collection
- Place your non-custom order on ninemoostore.com.
- Use our contact form and select Fulham collection request. Include your order number and preferred collection date and time. If you need same-day collection, please mention this.
- Wait for our ready-for-collection message and confirmation of the agreed time before setting off. Your requested time is confirmed only once our team replies.
- When you arrive, contact us as instructed in your confirmation. Have your order confirmation ready, and a member of our team will meet you outside the studio entrance to hand over your order.
Collection only. Our Fulham studio is a working studio, not a retail shop or showroom. We do not offer on-site shopping, browsing, jewellery try-ons or studio visits. Handover takes place outside the studio; please do not enter the workspace.
