From our London studio to your door, every NINEMOO piece is prepared with care. Enjoy complimentary UK standard delivery and complimentary worldwide standard delivery on orders of £150 or more.

Duties & taxes, included

All international orders placed on ninemoostore.com include import duties and taxes. These are covered by NINEMOO, so there are no additional duties or taxes to pay when your jewellery arrives.

If a courier asks you to pay an import charge, please send us your order number and a copy of the notice through our contact form. We will arrange to resolve it.

Delivery within the UK

Standard delivery is complimentary on every order, with an estimated arrival time of 2–4 working days after dispatch.

For a little more urgency, next-working-day delivery is £5.95. Saturday delivery is £8.50. These services are subject to dispatch timing and availability for your postcode. If your jewellery is needed for a particular occasion, please contact us before ordering.

International delivery

Standard delivery is complimentary on orders of £150 or more, calculated after discounts and excluding delivery charges. Below £150, standard delivery is £12 to Europe, £10 to the United States, £6 to Australia and Canada, and £12 to other destinations. Please allow an estimated 3–14 working days after dispatch.

International express delivery is available with UPS or DHL: £14.95 to Europe, £19.95 to the United States, and £22 to Australia, Canada and other destinations. Estimated delivery is 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Complimentary delivery applies to standard services. Express and Saturday delivery remain chargeable, including on orders of £150 or more. Available services are shown at checkout.

Following your order

We will send your tracking details once your jewellery is on its way. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs checks, busy periods or courier delays. Delivery is available to the destinations shown at checkout. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.
