Return Policies
At Ninemoo, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you decide to return your products, we accept returns within 28 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please include your order number, name, and reason for the return. All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, excluding postage fees, which are non-refundable.
Please note the following when making a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in fully resalable condition with the original packaging intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items are not eligible.
All refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive your returned parcel, provided the item passes our inspection. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If the product is faulty, damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact our customer service team with the details using the form below.
How to Return
Please return your order via courier or post, and ensure you include the returns slip (download here). Include a telephone number and email address on the return slip so we can contact you if necessary. Without the order number and contact details, we may not be able to process the return, as we will be unable to track the order. Please note that we are not responsible for any missing parcels during the return process.
