Delivery
Free UK standard delivery on all orders. Free worldwide standard delivery on orders of £150 or more.
The £150 threshold applies to the order subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery. Free delivery applies to standard delivery only. Express and Saturday delivery remain chargeable on all orders.

Duties & taxes
International orders include duties and taxes. There are no additional duties or taxes to pay on delivery.
If a courier requests an unexpected import payment, email info@ninemoostore.com with your order number and the notice so we can resolve it.
Dispatch & tracking
UK express is a next-working-day service after dispatch. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day. Saturday delivery is subject to dispatch timing and postcode availability. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.
You will receive tracking information when your order is dispatched. International express orders use UPS or DHL. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs checks, peak periods or carrier disruption.
