Policies and Terms
By placing an order with Ninemoo, you are responsible for the original shipping costs, applicable customs/import fees, and return shipping costs for returning items to Ninemoo. This includes any shipments you refuse at delivery.
Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges may be applied by the destination country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs policies vary by country, and the final decision on duties, taxes, and clearance is made by local customs authorities.
United States
Most orders shipped to the United States under $800 USD may qualify for duty-free entry under the U.S. “de minimis” rule (Section 321).
As most Ninemoo orders fall below this threshold, customers generally do not need to pay import duties.
However, final clearance decisions are made by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and in rare cases additional taxes or handling fees may still apply.
Because customs policies may change and vary by shipment, Ninemoo cannot estimate or prepay these charges in advance.
European Union
Since 1 July 2021, all goods imported into the European Union are subject to VAT.
For orders:
• Up to €150 — VAT is usually collected by the courier or local customs authority upon import.
• Over €150 — VAT, potential customs duties, and a customs clearance fee may apply.
The exact amount depends on the destination country and is determined by local customs authorities.
For further information, please refer to the European Commission’s import guidelines.
Other International Destinations
For countries outside the UK, EU, and United States, orders may be subject to local VAT, import duties, and handling fees depending on the value of the shipment and local regulations.
These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate information before placing an order.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to safety and logistics considerations, we are temporarily unable to ship to certain regions affected by war, sanctions, or severe transport disruptions.
If an order is placed from a destination that cannot currently be served by our shipping partners, we will contact the customer to arrange an alternative solution or provide a full refund.
Shipping availability may change depending on international logistics conditions.
Customs Declaration & Returns
All international shipments are declared at their full retail value, in accordance with customs regulations.
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be responsible for:
• the original shipping costs
• return shipping fees
• any import duties or taxes incurred
These amounts will be deducted from the refund once the parcel is returned.
If return charges exceed the value of the order, the parcel may be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
